Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor resident well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Encourage participation in activities that promote independence and social connection.
• Collaborate with team members and families to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
