About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for all shifts to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes throughout Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, and nearby communities. Whether it’s starting someone’s day, providing companionship in the afternoon, or ensuring safety overnight, your role is essential to helping seniors live independently with dignity. We proudly support clients with a wide range of needs, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory care conditions—and we provide paid training to help you succeed, no matter your experience level. Caregiving is more than a job—it’s a calling. You bring comfort during uncertainty, connection during loneliness, and safety when it matters most. The work you do allows seniors to age in place with dignity while giving families peace of mind. At Caring Senior Service, we don’t just recognize that—we celebrate and support it every day.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Heart for serving seniors and making a difference
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver or CNA is a plus—but not required
- Willingness to learn (we provide paid training)
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, safety, and daily routines
- Help with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Provide redirection and structure for clients with memory loss
- Create a calm, safe, and positive home environment
