About The Position

Interstate Group, the industry leader in the manufacturing and sales of cargo trailers, is seeking a Production Associate in the Wire, Prep and Paint Department for its Nampa, Idaho production plant. We also operate over 80 store locations and have more than 450,000 satisfied customers. Job Details: Support our customers by contributing to the high quality construction process of Interstate trailers Wire trailer frames Use torches and hand tools to create passageways for internal wiring Grind weld imperfections Clean trailer surfaces to remove oil and debris for paint prep Paint trailers with spraying tools in paint booth Attach all trailer components (tail lights, connectors, battery box, etc.) Consistently meet high quality and control standards Learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support our entire team as needed Join a team with a family-atmosphere work environment with lots of opportunity for growth. Requirements:  Work with the following tools: oxygen and acetylene torches, 4” grinders, general hand tools, and electrostatic or other painting tools and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Our Production Worker in the Wire, Prep and Paint Department is professional, team-oriented, and shows enthusiasm for uncompromised attention to detail. Work Hours: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm Pay Rate:  $18 / hour

Requirements
