Overview As a Carpenter / Craftsman, you’ll handle a variety of residential and light commercial repairs and remodel projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results. The ideal candidate has a strong overall knowledge of multiple trades, including: Carpentry Plumbing Tile Electrical Drywall

Requirements

5+ years of experience
Own truck or van and tools
Live within 30 minutes of Monument Circle
Willing to work throughout Marion County and surrounding counties

Responsibilities

Complete repair and remodeling tasks in a timely, professional manner
Troubleshoot jobsite issues and resolve them quickly and correctly
Communicate clearly with management, office staff, homeowners, and commercial customers
Maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance on job sites
Keep tools organized and ensure your vehicle is presentable
Identify additional repair opportunities on-site and communicate them to the customer
Build customer trust through strong workmanship and excellent service
Work efficiently, arrive on time, and maintain high integrity
Consistently exceed customer expectations
