We Are Looking for a Carpenter / Handyman / Home Service Technician with the Following Experience:
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid home repair/maintenance experience
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
- Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Bathroom repairs & upgrades
- Drywall repair, patching, and caulking
- Flooring repair and installation
- General Carpentry
- Fixture replacement (toilets, sinks, faucets)
- General home repairs and maintenance tasks
- Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
- Shelving and storage solutions
- Kitchen repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Painting interior and exterior
- Quarterly home maintenance checklist
