About The Position

Performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, floors, stairs, casings, and trim made of wood.
Planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments;
Making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work;
Selecting materials necessary for the work.
In general, the work of maintenance carpenter requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
Duplicates keys and replaces interchangeable cores.

Requirements

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain an active and valid NC driver's license without restrictions.
• Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
• Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.
