Job Summary This role is to manage all of the carrier-related duties that fall on the Operations department. This includes setting up all agents with the appropriate appointments, fielding inquiries from our carrier partners and agents as they relate to the company's carrier access, working with our Product team on carrier rollouts, and determining appointment structures and project plans.
