About The Position

We are seeking a Case Management Specialist Residential to join our team. Starting Salary: $43,888 - $48,999 (Salary) Your role will be responsible for carrying out case management services as required by the contract and licensing regulations. As a member of Residential Services, you will work with other team members and report to our Program Manager.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree, required
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Exercise discretionary judgment in making decisions on the management and delivery of services to clients
May attend various meetings and/or court hearings and facilitate groups as necessary
Data entry into various software programs
Crisis intervention
Utilize community resources
Other duties, as assigned
