Specialist/Case Manager to jump in and coordinate our awesome services!

making sure all our services are delivered with sparkle while keeping us
perfectly in line with all the necessary rules (yes, the paperwork counts, but
we make it fun!).

SCHEDULE: Days - Hybrid (after training), hourly, some evenings and weekends may
be required, some travel in the following but not limited to Clarion, Forest
City, Webster City and Fort Dodge required with an agency vehicle
provided. Office/Training location either Forest City or Clarion.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field OR experience in lieu of the degree (4 years relevant work experience) would be needed.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is required.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Setting Experience: Previous experience working within an Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) setting is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Responsibilities
