The Cash Management Service & Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to CNB’s Cash Management customers. This will be accomplished by supporting our Cash Management Sales Team, Commercial Line Partners, and Branch Staff to help broaden and deepen existing and new relationships with the implementation of our Cash Management products and services. Who We Want: Champion of Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to support the Bank’s growth in cash management services and deposit growth Ability to develop new business from a variety of sources Maintain strong working relationships with lenders, retail, solution center associates, and wealth staff to expand and support existing and prospective customer deposit growth while also recognizing referral and cross-sell opportunities Industry Expert: Strong knowledge of business banking, cash management, and commercial deposit products and services Ability to respond promptly to the needs and priorities of the customer; recognize and connect with the appropriate staff to meet their needs and establish an effective working relationship Exceptional consulting and presentation skills Analytical Thinker: Assess, critique, enhance, improve, and develop existing cash management services Anticipate potential issues, to make sure milestones are achieved and to alert management of any deviation from the original plan Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot challenging issues
