Cash Reconciliation Specialist
About The Position
The Cash Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for reconciling, posting and depositing payments from front end collections, Café and Gift Shop, as well as paper checks and EOB’s from incoming mail. Requirements
- Must demonstrate proficiency in basic math, bookkeeping and calculator skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of insurance billing and collection procedures.
- Able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Prefer Associates degree in Accounting with one year experience, or High School diploma with five years of experience in payment postings on a computerized system.
- Prefer experience handling large volumes of cash and remittances daily.
