About The Position

This position is located in the Recreation, Health, and Wellness Division of the Parks and Recreation Department within the City of Oklahoma City. This position is primarily responsible for collecting fees, admission tickets and passes from patrons at various events or City facilities. Typical duties include : accepting cash and making change; following established cash handling procedures; examining tickets or passes to verify authenticity; and refusing admittance of patrons without tickets or passes.

Requirements

• This position requires applicants to be at least 16 years of age at the time of application submission.
• Applicants must complete all mandatory training, including orientation, and work all scheduled shifts during first month of active status.
• Applicants must print, complete, sign, and have a parent or legal guardian sign the Authorization for Background and Drug Test for Minors and bring it with you to interview for a temporary, part-time or seasonal job in the Parks and Recreation Department.
