About The Position

The Cashier supervisor will help direct customer traffic to faster checkouts, serve as first responder to customer inquiries, and direct duties of cashiers. They will help train the new cashiers and take the lead on ordering for the front of house and for the grab and go.

Requirements

• Must be able to function in a fast paced work environment
• Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Walking, typing, sitting, climbing, lifting, or reading abilities necessary to complete essential tasks
• The Cashier Supervisor typically works 40 hours per week.
• The position requires that the employee be available mornings, evenings and overnight. Must have open availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devices
• Deliver clean and friendly service to our guests
• Keep FOH stocked and assist with merchandising areas
• Completes daily and weekly checklists as required, including cleaning, stocking, and temperature logs
• Serve as cashier when needed
• Help train all new F&B cashiers
• Help enforce Company policies and procedures
• Perform close duties including end of day communication and financials to the team
• Ensures all food in cashier area is stored at the appropriate temperature for the appropriate length of time, following all food safety standards.
• Assign and inspect elements of the daily task list
• Reconcile shift reports
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
