Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Cleans ash urns.
- Vacuums carpet areas.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes furniture and bright areas.
- Familiarizes self with the proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Performs laundry/linen receipt and distribution duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
