About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while mixing and serving food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) to patrons

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.
Must meet established department appearance standards.
The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience.
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.
Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages
Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.
Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.
Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude
Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21
Enhance the company’s objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance, according to department standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike.
Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity depends upon customer volume.
Move effectively and efficiently throughout the casino floor and in the bar areas.
Carry serving tray, weighing up to 10 pounds, throughout an 8 hour shift and serve drinks to customers.
Document and comprehend drink orders.
Perform other tasks assigned.
