Responsible for generating casino revenue through the development of new VIP accounts, while maximizing existing revenue streams utilizing our existing database. Identifying and cultivating mid and high-level slot & table game guests with emphasis on developing relationships. Enhances existing and new business relationships with VIP guests by establishing personal contact, offering personalized service and engraining the customer with our programming via out-bound calls, email correspondence, targeted VIP mail campaigns and various other marketing lead generation tactics that foster an exclusive client relationship and generates an acceptable margin of gaming revenue as determined by management. Responsible to market and fill property events with VIP customers. Significant amount of time customer-facing, communicating, calling and socializing – participating in property events and other social functions. Anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of the guests – extending offers/awards/complimentary services within established guidelines Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional manner. Diligently focuses on customer development including prospecting, promotions, events, and additional customer relationship management activity (i.e. knowledge of special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. for VIP players).
