About The Position

As a Casino Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and thoughtful decision-making. By analyzing player activity and curating tailored experiences, you’ll foster lasting relationships and enhance guest engagement. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll help create seamless, memorable moments that reflect our commitment to service and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, casino marketing, or a related field required

Responsibilities

  • Support customer development and retention by evaluating players’ casino activity to determine appropriate incentives and exercising sound judgment to approve a limited number of comps and allowances, including rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, airfare, or applicable discounts
  • Manage guest reservations using various hotel software systems and work in conjunction with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and property personnel to assist and facilitate in-house casino customers
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Minimum exposure to business decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps
  • May attend special events to support marketing efforts and engage with customers and participate in quarterly Receivable Meetings to provide updates to the Corporate Finance group.
  • Maintain the privacy of casino customers, and safeguard confidential guest information by acting in accordance with company policies, and attending all mandatory compliance and training sessions to maintain awareness of best practices
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, and Title 31
