Casino Marketing Promotions Coordinator

About the position

The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all promotions, special events (on and off property), entertainment, and concerts. This role also provides essential support to the Marketing Management team. You will report directly to the Promotions Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute all drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and both gaming and non-gaming promotions/events.
• Prepare all related documentation, including prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other necessary paperwork.
• Organize and distribute promotional materials and items for giveaways, as well as decorations for events and promotions.
• Set up and break down the promotional stage according to schedule.
• Ensure the promotional stage, booth, work terminals, and inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and fully equipped.
• Assist with reception duties, filing, reporting, tracking, and coordination for special events and marketing activities.
• Support the execution of on-property and off-property events.
• Update mobile digital content across the gaming floor.
• Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications to inform other departments of upcoming events and their required involvement.
• Engage with guests on the gaming floor to promote carded play, encourage new member sign-ups, and communicate promotional details.
• Meet assigned weekly and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with departments such as EVS, Conference & Group Sales, Maintenance, IT, Food & Beverage, the District, Slot Department, and Table Games to ensure successful event execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and capable of emceeing promotions and events.
• Strong grammar and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and collaborate across departments.
• Two (2) years of experience in entertainment, promotions, or marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
