About The Position

The Casino Porter at Bellagio is responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for both employees and guests. This role ensures assigned casino and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms required
• Six (6) months of previous experience as a porter or in a comparable cleaning/janitorial position within a casino or public areas preferred

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and remove debris, scuffmarks, and spills from floors, chairs, and assigned areas, including biohazard cleanup.
• Clean and dust slot machines, slot chairs, woodwork, ashtrays, and trash receptacles; return equipment and furniture to proper positions.
• Replenish supplies and ensure all equipment is accounted for; report malfunctioning items.
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing challenges promptly and creatively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout assigned casino and public areas.
