Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • A self-starter mindset who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail to monitor complex equipment and processes
  • A commitment to safety and following procedures every time
  • Solid teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively
  • Reliability, consistency, and the drive to grow within our company
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environments (hot in summer, cold in winter).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic machine maintenance, manage casting molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow.
  • Stay alert to detect malfunctions, adjust settings, and keep detailed records to ensure product quality.
  • Responds appropriately and efficiently to unplanned process or equipment issues to help maintain safe and steady operations.
