Responsibilities Bell Attendants are responsible for escorting arriving guests to their residence while providing luggage support and staying in contact with the Front Desk. This role requires a personable approach to create connections, provide recommendations and discuss room offerings and features with the guests. Qualifications A Hawaii state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required Hospitality related experience is ideal Computer skills needed Keen attention to detail and ability to navigate through a complex property Comfortable providing professional and anticipatory service to our guests & homeowners Knowledge of luxury hotel operations is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
Requirements
- A Hawaii state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
