Requirements
- 2–3 years in catering, event sales, or hospitality management
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Delphi experience preferred (or similar event/catering software)
- Knowledge of F&B operations and event logistics is a plus

Responsibilities
- Drive business with proactive and reactive sales efforts
- Provide excellent customer service with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Plan and organize events efficiently, from pricing to execution
- Represent the hotel professionally at industry events
- Collaborate with 3rd party booking sites, revenue management, and convention centers
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales goals
- Track all sales activities in Delphi or similar systems
