About The Position

Join our highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab team at Abrazo Arrowhead, where
advanced technology, collaboration, and clinical excellence come together. As a
Cath Lab Tech, you’ll play a vital role in supporting physicians, providing
exceptional patient care, and ensuring the success of complex cardiac
procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of a 2-year radiologic technology program (ARRT-eligible) or equivalent on-the-job training with 4 months of orientation
• Current ARRT registration
• Current Arizona MRTBE license
• BLS certification (required)
• Must complete EKG, Hemodynamics, and IABP classes within 4 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• ARRT (CI), (VI), or (CV)
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures
• Set up, scrub, and circulate for cases—maintaining strict aseptic technique
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Provide patient education, reassurance, and support throughout procedures
• Ensure procedure rooms and supplies are prepared and fully stocked
• Collaborate with the team on performance improvement and safety initiatives
• Promote patient safety and radiation safety at all times
