The CCBHC Finance Coordinator provides financial and administrative support related to Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) operations. This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking CCBHC revenue, assisting with PPS payment reconciliation, supporting grant and contract administration, and coordinating financial documentation related to CCBHC program requirements. The position works closely with the finance and billing teams to ensure accurate payment tracking, financial compliance, and reporting. This position supports the CFO in monitoring the financial performance and sustainability of the CCBHC program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities CCBHC Revenue & Payment Monitoring · Track and monitor CCBHC PPS payments from Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). · Assist with reconciliation of CCBHC payments to expected reimbursement levels. · Identify discrepancies in payments and coordinate with the billing team for follow-up. · Maintain tracking logs related to CCBHC payments and reimbursement trends. Financial Reporting & Documentation · Assist with preparation of financial data related to CCBHC operations. · Maintain organized records related to CCBHC financial activity, funding, and reporting. · Support financial reporting required for CCBHC grants and program oversight. · Assist with gathering documentation for audits, reviews, or financial reporting. Grant & Contract Administration · Assist with tracking and monitoring CCBHC grant funding and related financial requirements. · Maintain documentation related to CCBHC contracts and funding agreements. · Support compliance with grant reporting and financial documentation requirements. Coordination with Billing Department · Work collaboratively with the Billing Coordinator and Billing Specialists to monitor reimbursement trends. · Assist in identifying potential billing or payment issues impacting CCBHC revenue. · Support communication between finance and billing related to payment reconciliation. Administrative Support · Maintain financial records and documentation related to CCBHC services and payments. · Provide administrative support to the CFO related to CCBHC financial operations. · Assist with special projects related to finance, CCBHC implementation, and program sustainability. Other duties as necessary.
