About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the department billing. Will assist their teams/department with submission of the CCT TARs, and helping with other administrative duties for the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Has adequate computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 2+ years of Administration experience.
  • Is at least 18 years of age.
  • Has good organizational skills.
  • Is self-instructed and able to work with little supervision.
  • Has the ability to establish and maintain good communication with all staff both in the office and remote.
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of CCT tracking, transitions, enrollments and TARs that are submitted by the department.
  • Works on CCT billing spreadsheets.
  • Completes CCT visit logs and works through integration logs as needed.
  • Assists with completing DHCS CCT forms (ITCP, FTCP, DTRF0 based on the RN assessment.
  • Performs assigned duties determined by the CCT Manager or one of the CCT Lead Coordinators.
  • Other duties as assigned.
