About The Position

CDI Benefits Liaison As our participant numbers grow, so does the need for our support team to grow. Cor-Vanama Solutions d.b.a. Consumer Directions Inc. provides payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of remaining in their home by hiring their family members and friends. Our passion is to help families navigate their journey through self-directed services. This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level position in our Human Resources Department at our St. Cloud location. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily. We are looking for an individual who is proficient, motivated, adaptable, and can provide exceptional customer service every day in an evolving, fast-paced environment. This is a rewarding career that provides opportunities with a growing, Strengths-based company with offices in St. Cloud and St. Joseph, MN.

Requirements

  • Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
  • Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver’s license.
