Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older with a valid CDL-A license
  • CDL-A held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
  • Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience
  • No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 3 years
  • No DUI in the last 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations
  • Employment gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
  • Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT and company policy
  • Transport no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
  • Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections daily
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
