You’ll know what to expect each week and what your paycheck will look like. Life On This Account You'll run 100% no-touch 53' dry van freight across the Eastern Seaboard 60% drop-and-hook, 40% live load/unload Most drivers run 2,200–2,500 miles weekly, keeping pay consistent week over week Consistent miles. Mix of day and night runs. Home time every 2 weeks — predictable and planned. By the time you transition to solo, you’ll be confident and ready to handle your own routes.

Requirements

  • 21 years old with a valid CDL-A (Class A) license
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months
  • Stable employment history
  • Open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with 6+ months experience
  • Driver's license held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
  • No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 3 years
  • No DUI in the last 5 years
  • No Safety terminations
  • Employment gaps not to exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
  • Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
  • Transport no touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
  • Perform and document daily pre trip and post trip inspections
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
