About The Position

Training Program 4–6 weeks of paid over-the-road training with an experienced mentor All training time is fully compensated $300 orientation bonus added to your first solo paycheck Compensation After Training $0.56 per mile on all miles Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400, depending on mileage Typical weekly mileage: 1,600–2,200 miles Freight & Schedule 100% no-touch freight, approximately 50% drop & hook Consistent weekly miles of 1,600–2,200 Home every 14 days with two full days off once you go solo Benefits (Available After 30 Days) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Rider and pet policy available after solo upgrade Requirements CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours) Minimum age 21 No DUIs within the past 5 years Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years Must pass hair and urine drug screenings Steady employment history with minimal gaps Program Overview During training, mentors guide drivers through over-the-road routes, teaching safe driving, trip planning, and freight handling.
