About The Position

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional position running throughout Texas and surrounding states. This role offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet. 💰 Pay & Home Time paid on ALL miles (loaded & Empty) $1,075-1,250 weekly average pay Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out) 34–48 hour reset at home Consistent miles and steady freight Predictable regional scheduling 🚚 Freight & Equipment Dry van freight 100% no-touch freight Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable) Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment 🎁 Additional Benefits Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour Up to $2,000 401(k) match available Paid vacation Paid holidays (8 days per year) Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance ✅ Qualifications Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience (Maximum of 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9+ months of experience with up to 2 jobs) Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days Valid Class A CDL required Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements About The Company: J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US.
