About The Position

Drivers can expect steady miles, structured home time every two weeks, and weekly earnings averaging $1,400–$1,600. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits starting day one, built for drivers who want consistency without unnecessary complexity. We run consistent regional lanes east of I-35 with reliable freight and predictable scheduling. Both experienced drivers and entry-level CDL holders are considered. Requirements

  • Minimum age 21 with valid Class A CDL
  • 6 months experience preferred but not required for trainees
  • Clean driving record with safety focus
  • No major or DOT preventable accidents
  • No preventable accident within the last 5 years
  • Maximum of 2 preventable incidents
  • No safety-related termination from previous employer
  • No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
  • No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
  • EOE

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Transport dry van freight on scheduled routes
  • Maintain accurate logs including ELD and DVIR reports
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
