About The Position

We are hiring immediately and offering the following: Shift: 1st Shift Full-time - 5am start time Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off) Local Deliveries - Home Every Night Prior touch freight experience is required Pay: Starting at $32 per hour Off on Major Holidays (8 Total) Must be 21 Year of Age Must have Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (At least 1yr experience required) Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment), Vacation Pay, Paid Holidays, and 401k with Company match (after 60 days of employment) Responsibilities: Personnel Development: Act as the primary Field Trainer, onboarding and coaching new drivers to ensure high performance and safety standards. Operational Oversight: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of daily loads while maintaining strict compliance with ABC and DOT regulations. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key customer accounts to ensure service excellence. Strategic Support: Serve as a frontline resource for the delivery team, providing guidance and conflict resolution when the Supervisor is off-site. Safety Stewardship: Lead the department’s safety culture by conducting rigorous pre-trip inspections and enforcing company-wide safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 Year of Age
  • Must have Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (At least 1yr experience required)
  • 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Significant experience in touch freight and high-volume delivery operations
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a commitment to professional growth and safety.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
