Requirements
- No recruiting experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves
- Experience or general knowledge of trucking, transportation, or logistics is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Contact and screen CDL drivers
- Match drivers with open trucking positions
- Maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Update applicant notes and progress in the ATS
- Work independently while supported by our team
