About The Position

CDL DRIVER will be responsible for hauling aggregate (stone), clay, dirt, concrete or asphalt from job site to job-site or material source to job- site location. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to report to work CDL REQUIRED (CLASS A preferred but also accepting class B) Physically fit to perform job labor functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) as a pre-screen requirement Previous construction or physical job experience preferred Able to communicate effectively and work in stressful situations Ability to listen and take direction from others. Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Collect and verify delivery instructions. Report defects, accidents, or violations. Requirements
