About The Position

Our tooling solutions deliver the lowest cost per hole in a wide range of applications THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Mill Holder Supervisor ROLE: Setup & Run Spiral Flutes on Standard Product. Locate Flats on Universal Product.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge in the manufacture of holders.
• Previous experience in milling of Chip Grooves.
• Experience in the use of Calipers and scale.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to lift 32 lbs.
• On feet for 8-12 hrs.
• Ability to read Indictors
• Ability for follow schedules

Responsibilities

• Make changes to Macro variables in program.
• Setup and Mill parts to print Dimensions.
• Inspect parts for Quality.
• Run production.
• RCA’s: set-up, run, drill/tap..
• Observe and report any areas that need addressed.
• Associate shall maintain the appropriate tool kit per the "Associate Tool Policy".
