In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. We are seeking a Systems Engineering to work ACES production programs, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to produce the next generation EW systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years industry experience or equivalent
- Hold an Active SECRET Collateral Security Clearance
- Experience working in a production/ manufacturing environment
- Experience with Electronic warfare systems
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of program schedule and cost
- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Proven design, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize taskings across multiple programs
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Including ability to provide critical feedback when required
- Lead systems engineering efforts for technical updates to existing production programs and leveraging new programs
- Develop common test methodologies across current and future production portfolio when possible
