In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. We are seeking a Systems Engineering to work ACES production programs, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to produce the next generation EW systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years industry experience or equivalent
  • Hold an Active SECRET Collateral Security Clearance
  • Experience working in a production/ manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Electronic warfare systems

  • Understanding of program schedule and cost
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven design, analysis, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize taskings across multiple programs

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Including ability to provide critical feedback when required
  • Lead systems engineering efforts for technical updates to existing production programs and leveraging new programs
  • Develop common test methodologies across current and future production portfolio when possible
