Job Description SUMMARY U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and technically adept CenPOS Solution Engineer - Payment Solutions to support the design, delivery, and integration of payment solutions in a fast-moving and highly collaborative payments environment. This role partners closely with internal teams, acquiring partners, and external customers to capture requirements, define solution designs, and lead technical discussions that ensure successful integration with CenPOS and Elavon products and systems. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deliver reliable and scalable integrations, proactively resolve technical challenges, and provide a strong consultative experience that drives partner confidence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Three to five years of experience in customer-facing technical sales, consulting, or product delivery activities
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Experience with Acquiring Partner Integrations
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Prior experience working with web services (SOAP & REST), java script, CSS, etc.
  • Ability to listen actively, define and document solution design details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience using debugging tools like Fiddler, Charles, and browser Dev Tools

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
  • Assigned projects may be general product delivery, partner integration or systems related in nature.
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers to capture requirements, define solution delivery and manage technical resource discussions.
  • Responsible for ensuring a successful integration with Elavon products and/or systems.
