The Fernley Center Coordinator position provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support for Western Nevada College's Division of Workforce, Career, and Technical Education (WCTE). This position assists the WCTE staff with day-to-day operations, student engagement, and partnership coordination to ensure efficient functioning of the center and high-quality student experience. Responsibilities include managing the Victory Logistics District and EmployNV Hub in Fernley, providing high-level administrative support for assigned grants, including tracking project activities, outcomes, and participant data; preparing reports; and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Coordinator acts as a liaison to internal departments, community partners, and external agencies to strengthen WNC's presence in the region and enhance student success. This role is central to the college's mission of connecting students to workforce opportunities and supporting community economic development through career readiness and training access.
