Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Less than 1 year experience in a distribution center or related field
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Ability to build comprehensive reports and effectively convey information to others.
• Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with lifting, moving, and positioning patients at the technologist’s request
• Transports or moves patients with appropriate awareness of uniqueness of patient, ranging from infant to adult
• Clean and Sterilize Instrument trays using established procedures
• Demonstrates knowledge of techniques, procedures, and correct use of protective barrier equipment
• Properly clean and maintain Medical Equipment
• Washes stretchers between each patient’s use and places a clean bath blanket on the stretcher
