Centralized Lending Processor
About The Position
SUMMARY Provides support to Centralized Lending Manager, Underwriters, and all branch staff by processing and closing consumer loans. Has thorough understanding of consumer loan process. Provide the highest quality experience for both internal (ECU team) and external members. Follows up on loans from Consumer Loan Underwriters and all branch staff. Works with members on conditions stated for loans and coordinates closing of loans. Funds consumer loans and coordinates funding with the applicable branch. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Takes calls from ECU team for processing and funding loans. Models the credit union culture through the following service standards: Immediately acknowledge and extend a friendly greeting to members and ECU team Take ownership for service provided and effectively follow through Always express appreciation ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and process consumer loan documents following lending policies and guidelines. Interacts with members and non-members as well as dealerships to effectively communicate the necessary requirements of loans in order to facilitate disbursements of loan. Manage centralized lending processor queues. Processing of title work perfecting ECU lien.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year title experience
- one year consumer lending experience and/or training
