About The Position

Weekly pay. Rotating tasks. 1st shift. This is a position that works Tuesday through Friday - 10 hour shifts. We also offer a new hire bonus + other family-friendly benefits with a growing company. You would be making helpful products. Alpha's ceramics are used in quality checks for dozens of the products you and your family use everyday. (We are considered an essential industry.)

Requirements

Requires high school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
No experience necessary. We will train you.
Reports to the Ceramics Production Manager.
Lifting up to 30 lbs often and ability to stand, sit, and move around are essential qualities.

Responsibilities

Follows procedures to maintain compliance with ISO standards
Inspects and packages ceramic crucibles per procedure
Operates presses to produce ceramic products
Inspects greenware for visual defects and uses appropriate calibrated equipment to verify critical dimensions
Packs crucibles into saggers for firing
Performs additional duties as requested
