About The Position

Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center (ARPC) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our growing outreach sports medicine team, providing athletic training services to local school programs and athletic organizations. This role is designed for athletic trainers who want more than just sideline coverage. At ARPC, you’ll work in dynamic athletic environments while developing clinical confidence, decision-making skills, and professional autonomy within a collaborative sports medicine network. Every athletic trainer at ARPC has the opportunity to benefit from mentorship and professional guidance, regardless of experience level, while also having the space and support to contribute ideas, shape workflows, and help improve systems. Our culture empowers clinicians to grow continuously, lead initiatives, and influence how athlete care is delivered. Delivering Clinical Excellence for Over 25 Years Founded in 2000, ARPC is a well-established and growing sports medicine practice serving the north Georgia athletic community. Our outreach athletic trainers work closely with schools, clinics, orthopedic providers, and sports performance professionals to provide comprehensive care for athletes. We believe athletic trainers should be able to practice at the top of their skillset while being supported by a strong, collaborative team. At ARPC, we focus on building strong relationships, team culture, and the right fit between clinicians and the communities they serve. Community Fit: We prioritize placing athletic trainers in environments where they can build meaningful relationships with athletes, coaches, and school communities. Team-Based Sports Medicine: You’ll collaborate regularly with athletic trainers, physical therapists, physicians, and strength professionals as part of an integrated sports medicine team. Supportive Culture: Our environment is collaborative, connected, and often described by staff as family-like, where clinicians support and learn from one another. Shared Growth: Athletic trainers are encouraged to share ideas, contribute to program development, and grow together as a team. Never Working Alone: Even in outreach settings, you’ll always have the support of a larger clinical network and mentorship from experienced colleagues. As an Outreach Athletic Trainer at ARPC, you will play a vital role in the health, safety, and performance of the athletes you serve. You’ll be a trusted medical professional within the athletic community, helping athletes recover from injury, perform at their best, and return to play safely. Through your work, you’ll not only care for injuries—you’ll help athletes stay healthy, build confidence, and continue competing at the highest level possible. We prioritize developing great athletic trainers, not just filling positions. You’ll gain exposure to advanced clinical skills including: Soft tissue techniques (IASTM, ART, PRT) Dry needling Cupping and percussion therapy Advanced taping techniques Recovery modalities including red light therapy and intermittent compression If you’re passionate about sports medicine, athlete care, and working in a supportive, team-based environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally.
