Requirements

Current American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Orthotic Fitter (CFo) credential.
Working knowledge of orthotic principles, biomechanics, and soft-goods fitting techniques.
Strong understanding of prefabricated orthoses and DME fitting protocols.
Effective communication skills with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
Ability to manage documentation workflows in a regulated healthcare setting.
Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent clinical experience.
Experience working in a prosthetics and orthotics clinic or rehabilitation setting.
Familiarity with Medicare documentation standards and reimbursement processes.
Prior experience supporting interdisciplinary physician referral relationships.
