About The Position

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Willingness to work live-in caregiver assignments in Somerset County
• Compassionate and patient focused approach to care
• Reliability and professionalism in a one on one home care setting
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support mobility, safety, and comfort throughout the day
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive care environment
• Communicate regularly with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
