Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent full time care
- Compassionate, patient focused approach
- Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s daytime routine, comfort, and safety
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
- Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
- Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment
