Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Primary care experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to stay organized and manage a high-volume workload
- Strong sense of accountability—you follow through and close loops
- Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving
- Team player—willing to step in where needed
- Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.
Responsibilities
- Room patients efficiently and accurately (vitals, histories, documentation)
- Keep your provider on track and anticipate needs throughout the day
- Assist with procedures, injections, immunizations, and lab draws
- Own your in-basket: messages, refills, and follow-through
- Maintain clean, stocked, and ready exam rooms
