Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
  • Primary care experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage a high-volume workload
  • Strong sense of accountability—you follow through and close loops
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving
  • Team player—willing to step in where needed
  • Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Room patients efficiently and accurately (vitals, histories, documentation)
  • Keep your provider on track and anticipate needs throughout the day
  • Assist with procedures, injections, immunizations, and lab draws
  • Own your in-basket: messages, refills, and follow-through
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and ready exam rooms
