About The Position
Marion Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team on weekend day shifts. What You’ll Do As a CMA at Marion Assisted Living, you will: Safely administer medications according to physician orders and community policies Accurately document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support residents with mobility, hygiene, grooming, and mealtime needs Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support and encouragement Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing A heart for seniors and a passion for providing exceptional care Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to observe, report, and respond to resident needs with professionalism and empathy Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but not required Why Join Marion Assisted Living? Requirements
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing
- A heart for seniors and a passion for providing exceptional care
