The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), under the supervision of an RN or LPN, performs
basic patient care activities in accordance with applicable scope and standards
of practice.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• License: /Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant licensure in the state of Virginia.
• BLS required
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
• Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
