Requirements

• Active Utah CNA certification in good standing

Nice To Haves

• Clear communication with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to make sound decisions in day-to-day care
• Understanding of basic nursing practices and procedures
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and assist with resident needs
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Turn and reposition residents as needed
• Track food and fluid intake when required
• Follow dietary guidelines and preferences
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
