Requirements

  • Active CNA certification (required)
  • Caregiving or clinical experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable

Responsibilities

  • Clinical ADL Support: Apply your CNA training to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene with skill and compassion.
  • Mobility & Transfers: Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper technique.
  • Medication Reminders: Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules and routines.
  • Nutrition & Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs; monitor hydration and nutritional intake.
  • Companionship: Build genuine relationships with clients through meaningful conversation and accompaniment to appointments and activities.
  • Health Observation & Documentation: Leverage your clinical eye to monitor and report changes in client condition, and document care accurately.
